Walleye Fishing the Winneconne Bridge - Wolf River

May 18, 2017
Well this was sure a fun one! Can't beat standing on the Winneconne Bridge and catching walleyes out of the Wolf River! I really had to work on this video because I tried to respect everyone's privacy and fishing environment which is why I only brought one action cam with. Had to get this one documented as YouTube doesn't really have anything up on it! This is certainly a special kind of fishing to say the least. The hard part about this bridge fishing is that spots are VERY limited during this time and many go hours without a pole position. We got lucky though on this video as we got a spot, caught our fish, and collected some footage! If you aren't from the area and want to experience this style of fishing either on the bridge or in a boat, there are two places to stay in Winneconne: Wolf River Resorts (www.wolfriverresorts.com) or The Landing (www.thelandingonthewolf.com). With the walleye run currently on the home stretch, don't forget the white bass run which is about to go nuts! This is such an awesome time of the year. Hope you enjoy the video. Until next time, "Tight Lines. Stay Dry." - Kyle
